Custom wigs can take up to 10 calendar days to be completed and received .

All on hand items will be shipped the next business day.

Golden2 now has a NON REFUNDABLE policy due to covid 19.

If for any reason a customer is refunded please note that the customer is responsible for any processing fees that may apply.

Please be sure to select the correct lengths and sizes when purchasing.

Our terms and conditions agreement:

• ALL billing and shipping addresses MUST match at the time of purchase

• By sending payments the client agrees NOT to file any sort of dispute as it may result in fraud

• In-Person pick ups that are paid online requires photo ID that matches the card on file

• Golden2HC is not responsible for and lost or stolen goods once the items are shipped.
